Our Register your interest form does not ask for your baby's due date or other health information.

Please avoid sending medical or other sensitive information through our website forms unless it is necessary for us to deal with a specific request.

If you choose to receive emails about Parenting Posse courses, booking dates, news or other updates, we may use your contact details for that purpose.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at hello@theparentingposse.com.

Choosing not to receive marketing will not prevent us from sending essential communications about an enquiry or course you have booked.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted organisations that help us operate The Parenting Posse, such as our website, booking, payment, email, analytics and advertising providers. They may process information on our behalf or, in some circumstances, act as separate data controllers under their own privacy policies.

Our website is hosted and managed using Wix. We also currently use Google Tag and Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) for website measurement, analytics and advertising purposes, subject to your cookie choices where applicable.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this involves an international transfer of personal information, appropriate safeguards are required under applicable data-protection law.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Course groups and WhatsApp

We may offer participants the opportunity to join a private WhatsApp group for their course. Joining is optional.

We do not automatically provide your name, email address, telephone number or other contact details to other course participants.

If you choose to join a WhatsApp group, information you share there — including your profile information and telephone number where visible — may be seen by other members of the group and will also be subject to WhatsApp's own privacy arrangements.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiry and waitlist information will be reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer needed. Booking, payment and transaction records may need to be retained for longer to meet accounting, tax and legal requirements.

If you consent to marketing, we may retain your contact details until you unsubscribe or we otherwise decide they are no longer required. We may retain a minimal record of an unsubscribe request so that we can respect your preference in future.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights over your personal information. These can include the right to:
