Class details
Our programme is designed to give you all of the required information for labour and early parenting. Each class involves interactive sessions to make learning memorable and class leaders will respond to questions and ensure your particular needs are covered.
We recognise that you may have concerns or questions that you want to ask without your partner present. Therefore we reserve twenty minutes at the end of two of the classes (one for women and birthing people, one for birth partners) where you can discuss anything that is on your mind.
Also, to help you bond as a new parenting posse, we encourage you to arrange a class dinner before class four, and we arrange a reunion once all the babies have joined us
